"My favourite right now is without a doubt our Burundi Natural. It's so versatile! I love brewing it on V60 and Aeropress, the strawberry and guava really pop and it's sweet like jam. Jase has also been brewing it on the espresso machine here at the Roastery, slinging flat whites with it as the espresso base. That really brings out the guava notes and it tastes tropical. It's a banger!"
