Aeropress Clear + Czar St Bundle

Czar St (za) is our seasonal blend here at North Star - named after a street in Leeds we went to view a unit on when we first set the business up! Whilst the unit wasn’t quite right, we loved the name of the street which sounded perfect for a blend that is not anchored to the same components year round - instead showcasing the best coffees from the most recent harvests across the Tropics.

V.29 brings together a juicy washed coffee from long-standing producing partner, Renardo Ovalle in Guatemala and a beautiful natural processed lot care of an exciting new relationship with Nesru Aba Nura and her 9-hectare farm in Ethiopia. The Guatemalan coffee makes up the majority of the blend to provide the balance required to temper the complexity that the Ethiopian brings to the brew.

The result is a coffee that is deliciously sweet but with good balance and depth. We find notes of crisp green apple, ripe nectarine and milk chocolate when served black with hints of vanilla and custard in milk.

Fast Immersion: Presses don’t normally include filtration, but ours does. You can now use finer grind coffee which brews faster for less acidity, no bitterness and no grit.​​

Air Pressure: Our unique plunge system uses gentle pressure to push water through the grinds, aerating and extracting only the purest, freshest flavours for a cup with body and finish not normally found in coffee.

Just combine hot water with your favourite coffee, stir and plunge. You'll know it's working when you hear the roaring sound only an AeroPress can make. When you're done, pop the "puck" of tightly packed grinds into the trash, rinse the plunger and you're done. 3-in-1 flavour with no mess in about a minute.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email to confirm it is being processed and then another one to let you know when it has been dispatched.

If you place your order before 12pm, we'll dispatch it the same working day! All orders are shipped with DPD next working day delivery as standard. Fully tracked delivery, with a one hour delivery window and real time delivery updates.

DPD offers the ability to change delivery address and date, opt for delivery to a neighbour or safe place, or redirect to a DPD Pickup shop, all while it's on the way to you! DPD aim to be the UK's most sustainable delivery company.

Operating times are 9am-5pm Mon-Friday. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday will not be processed until 9am Monday morning.

Local pickups take place from the Roastery on Tong Road. Please note our shutter doors will be down for security and temperature reasons but we are always in Monday-Friday between 9 and 5pm – just ring the doorbell on arrival
